Befriending Aches and Pains


Learn how to manage and change your relationship with aches and pains using mindfulness.

This course will teach you all the mindfulness skills and techniques you need to manage your own experience of aches and pains. Discover that pain isn’t as solid as it seems.  With some mindful care we can step out of our fight with pain, lighten our experience of it and even become friends with it.
