Getting to Know Yourself
Learn how to embrace yourself, just as you are with mindfulness and learn how to connect with your emotions in a healthy, restorative way. This course is the foundation for my ‘Conscious Relationships’ course.
This course will teach you how embrace who you are right now and how to build a healthy relationship with yourself and your emotions. You’ll also learn how to identify and work with emotions that you find more challenging to connect with.
