Mountain Meditation (Love and Light Version)

This is a special new and extended version of my original mountain meditation from 2014, brought up to date with a little magic for 2020. I hope that these words and this music touch your heart, lift your spirits and give you a sense of stability and grounding at a time when planet earth is facing many challenges. We can sit as a mountain, abiding in all change and trust that, from what seems like uncertainty and chaos, something new and perhaps peaceful will arise. There is hope. With love and light, Andy
