What to Expect
Pure relaxation and bliss. Andy will begin the session with a gentle guided relaxation to help you let go of your day and release any lingering tension. Then the sound bath begins, combining the healing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, Native American flute, acoustic guitar, electronic ambient effects, backing tracks written and performed by Andy and some sounds of nature.
How it Works
Studies show that the sound waves created by these instruments support well-being, ease tension, and encourage restful sleep. They target areas of imbalance, restoring harmony and leaving you feeling refreshed and re-centered.

Please Note:
Sound baths are not advisable if you are pregnant (1st trimester), have a pacemaker, have any metal plates in your body, are triggered by sounds, or have epilepsy.
